Khalil Ramos Says He’s Open For BL (Boys Love) Role
KHALIL RAMOS – The Kapamilya-turned-Kapuso star Khalil Ramos said he is open to star in a BL series with this Thai actor.
Filipino actor and singer Khalil Ramos rose to fame after joining the Kapamilya network’s reality talent competition “Pilipinas Got Talent.” After his PGT stint, he becomes part of several tv series such as “La Luna Sangre,” “Princess and I,” “A Love to Last,” and “Bagani.”
He also did films under Star Cinema. These were “Kid Kulafu,” “A Second Chance,” and “She’s Dating the Gangster” among others. In 2019, he was paired with his girlfriend Gabbi Garcia in the movie titled “LSS: The Movie.”
On October 13, Khalil Ramos signed a contract with GMA Network. His girlfriend Gabbi was the first to congratulate him.
In a previous article, the 24-year-old actor named the Kapuso celebrities he hopes to work with. He said he wants to work with the Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes and award-winning comedian Michael V.
In his recent interview with the GMA Network, Khalil said he would love to work with his friend, Thai actor Tay Tawan in a ‘Boys Love’ (BL) series. He and Tawan worked together in a Japanese reality game show “Find The Wasabi in Nagoya.”
The new Kapuso star was asked about his friendship with the Thai actor. He said, “Tay is actually a very good friend, we’ve been keeping in touch after Finding The Wasabi, a show we did in Japan.”
“Naging close kami despite the language barrier pero actually he speaks quite good English and medyo nagkakaintindihan naman kami. “We have a lot in common, he loves photography as well. He loves coffee, too,” he added.
According to the report, Khalil Ramos said he’s open to work with him on a Thai-Filipino BL series. “That’s gonna be huge! I’d love to work with him. I know that he’s kind of a ‘Prince of BL’ sa Thailand and if ever magkaroon chance, that would be huge. A Thailand-Philippines collaboration na BL story? Definitely, I’m up for it,” he said.
