Seasoned news anchor Korina Sanchez bravely answered questions about her life as a married woman.
KORINA SANCHEZ – Famous host and broadcaster Korina Sanchez opens up about what she’s like as a wife and partner to her husband Mar Roxas.
One of the well-respected and seasoned news anchor in the country is Korina Sanchez. She is married to politician and former Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Mar Roxas. They were blessed to have twins – Pepe and Pilar – who were conceived through in vitro fertilization via a surrogate mother in the United States.
In her life, Korina admitted she had her fair share of relationships. She’s been dating a few man before she met Mar and just recently, she revealed that she has actually went out with Fernando Carillo, a Venezuelan actor and former president of the Philippines Noynoy Aquino.
During an interview with Vice Ganda, she was asked intriguing questions about her married life which she gamely answered. To recall, Korina married Mar last October 2009. She is now 55 years old and very fit and young looking while her husband is now 63 years old.
She shared in the interview that in every relationship she’s been into, she’s a geisha and the submissive type. She might have the reputation of being the fearless and has this strong personality when it comes to working but being a partner, she’s the opposite. She might not have a lot of partners but all of them knew that she would always submit to them.
The female broadcaster shared, “Sample, kunwari magmamaneho siya [Mar] pupunta kami ng norte. Sasabihin niya, ‘Nasaan na tayo?’ Sabi ko, ‘Hindi ko alam, basta trust kita kung nasaan tayo.’”
Mar accordingly didn’t like that side of her having no sense of direction. Moreover from the video of the interview, when it comes to having their “loving loving moments”, one look and she knew what he wants.
