Man Shot To Death By Riding-In-Tandem In Baclaran, Parañaque City
PARAÑAQUE CITY – A man was shot to death by riding-in-tandem in Baclaran, Parañaque city on Thursday evening.
According to ABS-CBN News, barangay chief Jun Zaide reported that the victim, whose identity is yet to be disclosed, was unable to reach to the hospital alive after receiving gunshot wounds on the upper part of his body.
A CCTV footage from a nearby establishment shows that the victim was seen standing on a sidewalk in Quirino Avenue near the Airport Road corner at about 7 in the evening.
The victim was wearing a hat and carries a backpack. He ran when assailants aboard a motorcycle stopped in front of the victim and shot him. The suspects immediately left after that.
Meanwhile, another individual was unharmed from the incident. He was parked in the middle of the shooting.
Based on the report, the victim ran into a nearby pharmacy and lost consciousness there. He was reportedly not a resident in the area.
The Parañaque Police are still conducting further investigation to determine the motive of the crime.
