TV5 won’t respond to the rant of Kris Aquino
Actress-host Kris Aquino recently announced on her social media post that her show Love Life with Kris that is supposed to air on TV5 will not be happening this year.
Fans of the Queen of all Media are anticipating her TV comeback this 2020. However, there were certain issues that came up. Previously, it was reported that the negotiation between the producer of the show and that camp of Kris did not went well.
There were also reports stating that the show is not ready yet when it was supposed to be launched on August 15 along with the other new shows of the Kapatid network. Then, there came an issue concerning the health of the actress-host.
Kris Aquino shared in her recent Instagram post that the producer of the show chose “somebody else”. This saddened the fans of the actress-host but a netizen commented that TV5 said that the problem was coming from her part. Kris answered, “hindi nila ko bet”.
Based onthe article by entertainment writer Jun Lalin in Abante, A TV5 insider said that the network is not the one who should react to this “patutsada” of Kris.
It was said that the production company of former Congressman Albee Benitez should answer what the actress-host said. Initially, the talk show of Kris was one of the shows being pitched by Benitez’s production company. “Pero hindi talaga namin alam ang details,” the insider of Lalin said.
Lalin also shared that he asked a TV5 executive if the producer of the show should be the one answering Kris, the answer was, “Oo, ganoon na nga!”
As of press time, there is no official statement yet coming from the production company of Albee Benitez regarding this issue with Kris Aquino.
