LIZA SOBERANO – Kapamilya actress Liza Soberano explains and expressed apology in recent post following the fiasco created from her previous posts.

In a previous article, Kapamilya actress Liza Soberano complain about her slow internet connection from Converge on Twitter post saying she’s an unhappy customer and that they need to improve their services. This post of the actress caught the attention of other internet service providers such as PLDT, Smart, and Globe as her followers expressed their complaints about them.

And now, reading Tweets about her being favored because she’s a celebrity, she expressed in another post how sorry she is for their “telecommunications provider isn’t taking care of your problems”. She don’t intend to have it come out to be bragging because she was just accordingly just “relieved”.

The actress recognized that slow internet is everyone’s dilemma in this time of pandemic considering the online classes and work from home situations of most of us. Thus, she added, “To all the internet providers please do your best to help people out especially at a time like this when internet has become an essential. We’re all trying to survive and get school and work done.”

She also called out an employee of her previous internet provider for divulging her personal information. Her rant is all about their service and as per her it’s “pretty sketchy” for them to make it look like her fault for having a slow internet connection.

Check out some comments from her recent post:

It may not be your fault pero sana you had been sensitive enough. You even brag how fast your new speed is…

the problem is WE HAVE THE SAME TELCO, and we are not getting the same treatment as you.

Ang point lang naman ng iba ay bakit pagdating kay Liza mabilis silang umaksyon? It took days para sa iba kapag may internet problems.
