Cherie Gil Admits She Sold Her Car Amid COVID-19 Pandemic
Award-winning actress Cherie Gil admitted that she has sold one of her car amid the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.
In the nearly seven months of implementing community quarantine in the country caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Cherie Gil has learned a lot. And in today’s “new normal” life of Filipinos, one of the things the veteran actress did was to get rid of some things she did not need.
She admitted that since the global health crisis, people’s lifestyles have really changed. It is said that the award-winning actress has not been out of the house for almost half a year and can travel.
“All of us are in the same form, just our own ship. And then, of course, the lifestyle changed. You realize that you don’t need much,” Cherie told GMA Public Affairs “Bright Side”.
“In fact, I can only sell a car. I said, ‘That’s it, I don’t really need cars, I don’t go anywhere,” Cherie said.

She continued, “Somehow there’s a part of me that after all the time I feel like I’m settling in, I’m enjoying it and I’m discovering a lot about myself.”
Meanwhile, she also admitted that he misses returning to taping and acting again in front of the camera. “I miss the camaraderie; I miss the laughter which only can happen in engaging with one another.
“I miss it of course, so that’s why I decided to create an online master class, so nai-ignite pa rin ‘yung motor ko at saka in a way I’m quite inspired,” said the actress.
She is referring to her acting masterclass where she actually shares decades of acting experience in the showbiz industry.
