PAGASA – Here are the following latest updates from the state weather bureau PAGASA, on this day, September 9, 2020 (Wednesday).

The early morning forecast from the state weather bureau says that the easterlies or warm winds from the east will bring an effect on most in Luzon.

According to GMA News, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms.

Flash floods or landslides will occur especially during severe thunderstorms.

Based on the report, for the wind speed forecast, Luzon and Visayas will have light to moderate winds that are moving in the northeast to east direction while facing slight to moderate coastal waters.

Mindanao, on the other hand, will face light winds that are moving in the southeast to a variable direction while facing slight coastal waters.

The sun has risen at about 5:45 AM and is expected to set by 6:02 PM.
