VICE GANDA – The Unkabogable star and his Showtime co-host Ryan Bang turned emotional during an episode of the show.

One of the programs of the ABS-CBN that continued after its franchise bid was junked by the House Franchise Committee is It’s Showtime. It’s the noontime variety show of the Kapamilya network.

Showtime which started airing in 2009 got several mainstay hosts including Vice, Anne Curtis, Ryan Bang, Jhong Hilario, Vhong Navarro, and Karylle. Several celebrities have also recently joined the team.

Undeniably, a lot of Filipinos are avid viewers of It’s Showtime. That is why many were saddened not to see them airing on the Kapamilya channel and as well as the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in the taping.

Visibly, what the Showtime hosts have built through the years is a family. They are so comfortable in teasing each other on the set, they are present on each other’s special events, they’ve shown support when one of them is having a rough time, etc.

Vice Ganda and Ryan Bang undeniably have a wonderful bond – the Korean actor calls the comedian “Mommy” while he treats him like his son. Recently, in an episode of Showtime, the two of them turned emotional.

When Vhong asked Vice why he cried, the Unkabogable Star narrated that he told Ryan that when he gets married, the Korean actor and his mother are those people he wanted to walk with him in the aisle.

Upon hearing what Vice Ganda said, Ryan Bang turned emotional so the comedian was also not able to contain his emotion. Vhong managed to spark funny sides on the said emotional moment. Here’s the video:
