Emotional Xian Lim Reveals Condition of Grandmother
XIAN LIM – The Kapamilya actor turned emotional as he revealed the condition of his 87-year-old grandmother.
Undeniably, in most cases, the grandchildren are close to their grandparents. The grandparents are usually the ones assisting or guiding the parents in the rearing of their kids.
In fact, there are even several cases when the grandparents are the ones taking care of the children most especially when the parents are abroad or busy at work. The day-to-day interaction creates a wonderful bond.
One of the celebrities who is close to their grandparents is Kapamilya actor Xian Lim. He grew up under the care of his mother, Mary Anne Lim, and his grandmother, Leonie.

Aside from the COVID-19 pandemic that is faced by the Filipinos now, the actor and his family is currently facing another huge challenge. The health of his grandma is at stake now.
In a video that he posted on social media, Xian Lim turned emotional as he revealed the condition of his grandmother. The 87-year-old grandma of the actor was diagnosed with cancer.
According to Xian, they have to bring her to the hospital for a surgery. The actor’s tears could not stop from falling although he visibly really tries to hold them back.
In the video, Xian assured that his grandmother is strong but he is worried about the “uncertainties” now. He left an encouraging message not to take time with families for granted.
“Enjoy them while they’re still around… So just please reach out to your family now and just give them a hug and say, ‘I love you’,” the actor said in the video.
