Cavite Vice Gov. Jolo Revilla Pens Prayer for Sen. Bong Revilla, All COVID-19 Patients
JOLO REVILLA – The Cavite Vice Governor penned a prayer for his father, Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr., who is positive for COVID-19.
The total COVID-19 cases in the Philippines now has surpassed 169,000. The Department of Health (DOH) is recording at least 3,000 cases of the disease daily in the past days.
Community quarantine measures are still up in the country. Cities in Metro Manila are under a General Community Quarantine (GCQ) with a unified curfew from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
Several known personalities in the Philippines tested positive for coronavirus. One of them is Senator Bong Revilla who confirmed that he is positive for COVID-19 last August 9.
The Senator was in high spirits that he will overcome the disease. He was placed in a regular COVID-19 facility. His wife, Bacoor Mayor Lani Mercado, and their family also tested for coronavirus.
Mayor Lani and their children are negative from COVID-19. Sen. Bong was placed in isolation and, recently, the Bacoor Mayor revealed that he was rushed to a hospital.
The wife of the Senator took to social media a prayer revealing that his X-ray showed that he developed pneumonia. A regular COVID-19 facility is not anymore suited for his case.
One of the sons of the Senator, Cavite Vice Gov. Jolo Revilla, penned a prayer. He penned for the healing of Sen. Bong Revilla and all the patients of COVID-19.
Jolo Revilla also prayed for the country amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Here is the prayer of the son of Sen. Bong Revilla as posted on Instagram:
