The video footage of a road accident involving two motorcycles is now circulating online and elicits comments from netizens.
Nowadays, road accident has been one of the major traffic problems not only in the Philippines but also in different countries all around the world. Accidents usually cause injuries or even death to involved individuals.
The Philippine government together with the authorities are implementing stricter rules and regulations to reduce such incidents. However, there are still some motorists who were violating the traffic policy, which usually leads to further troubles.

The Facebook page “Philippines CCTV & CASH CAM Spotted” has shared the video footage of a road accident involving two motorcycles. The incident garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, it can be seen that a motorcycle rider driving a scooter slightly collided with another motorist with a back rider. The motorist and his back rider had no helmet, no barrier, and other protective gear.
The scooter rider ran away and did not even bother to stop after the helpless motorist and its colleagues fell to the ground. The two seem to be fine but might obtain some injuries due to the incident.
