Pres. Bongbong Marcos Wants To Do Tangible Changes in PH
BONGBONG MARCOS – The Chief Executive spoke on his desired legacy when his term as president ends in 2028.
Pres. Marcos is undeniably quite mum on the political turmoil in the Philippine government now. Usually, it is the Malacañang that airs the side of the President over certain matters. Meanwhile, he has podcast interviews where he personally answers questions and explains his points on certain topics.

Previously, following the launch of a Family 1+3 Pass promo in the LRT and MRT stations, in a podcast, Pres. Bongbong Marcos said he personally experienced the crowded situation inside the MRT-3. According to the President, he and his family and friends usually take the train to ditch traffic.
Marcos Jr. also previously confirmed in a podcast that the entire PH government is “on probation”. His clarification came after he ordered his Cabinet secretaries for a courtesy resignation as he wants a performance check.

According to the President, he is really not in favor of “business as usual” saying it has caused problems to the country in the long run. He wants a continuing performance check among the government officials to ensure they do well in their work.

Pres. Bongbong Marcos previously revealed he has sacked several inefficient government officials already but those were allegedly unannounced. According to him, he wants inefficient government officials to “get out of the way” so they can do their work.
The President also shared the instances when he was allegedly sent very impressive reports but the reality showed a different situation when he personally visited the project or agency. He stressed the importance of really seeing things personally.
Recently, in a podcast, Pres. Bongbong Marcos spoke about his desired legacy when his term ends in 2028. He wants to make “intangible changes” for the Filipino people under his lead.
“We made a change for the better. This has been my guide in all the positions I’ve taken. So, I absolutely insist that in 2028, when I leave this office, there are significant and tangible changes for the better in the life of each Filipino,” he said.
Pres. Marcos is set to deliver his 4th State of the Nation Address or SONA this July 28. The annual address will be delivered before the joint session of the Senate and the House of Representatives.
Amid their ongoing rift, Vice Pres. Sara Duterte will not be attending the 4th SONA of Pres. Marcos as per the House Secretary General. The OVP reportedly sent a letter to the House SecGen’s office shortly after the invitations for the event were out.
It will not be the first time that the Vice President will ditch the annual address of the President. Malacañang has spoken on Vice Pres. Sara Duterte’s expected absence to the 4th SONA of Marcos Jr.
