HEART EVANGELISTA – Kapuso star Heart Evangelista impressed netizens with her ukay-ukay OOTD.

You can actually find double tap-worthy OOTDs at the ukay-ukay for only P100. Over the weekend, fashion icon Heart Evangelista impressed netizens by coming up with a look that only cost her P270.
The 35-year-old celebrity just proved in her Instagram post that she can create a designer looks from ukay-ukay. She said she will soon upload her ukay-ukay shopping experience in her Youtube channel.
“Ukay-ukay shopping: Sorsogon edition. I completed this look for only P270!” she wrote.

When told by a netizen that she’s wearing designer footwear, Heart replied that she used a pair of sandals from a local department store. Her response drew even more praise from her fans.
In another IG post, Heart Evangelista can be seen wearing a long-sleeved Chinese shirt top that costs only P20. “Playing dress up with our ukay finds!” she said.
In a previous article, Heart Evangelista helped the local artisan in Sorsogon. Her husband Chiz Escudero is currently the governor of the province.
