Sharon Cuneta Urge Fans, Followers To Support Artist Who Painted Her Old Photo

SHARON CUNETA – Megastar Sharon Cuenta urged her fans and followers to support the local artist who painted her old photo.

Filipina actress and singer Sharon Cuneta is one of the famous celebrities in the Philippines. She has starred in countless movies with prominent actors like Edu Manzano, Richard Gomez, Robin Padilla, and her ex-husband Gabby Concepcion.

Last month, the 54-year-old celebrity shared a throwback photo with Gabby on her Instagram account. They are considered as one of the most iconic and well-loved love teams of all time.

In a post on her Instagram account last August 4, Sharon lauded a local artist named Jun Agustin for his amazing talent. He painted the old photo of the actress and called it “The Megastar.”

“Through my Sharonians, I found this artist on @junsartwork. He made this painting of me based on one of my old photos and I thought he was so talented that his painting was spot on!” she wrote.

“The Megastar” oil painting was priced at P15,000. Sharon Cuneta couldn’t help but admire the oil painting. She said she already bought it from Jun Agustin.

“I had to buy it. Not because I need another painting of myself (maryosep baka ibenta na ng mga anak ko sa dami pag namatay ako! But maybe this one, they’ll want to keep!) – but because I think he deserves some support,” she shared.

The veteran singer urged ‘Sharonians’ to support Agustin by subscribing on his Youtube channel, saying, “Especially in these times of COVID-19 and MCQ and all – it will really help his family if you subscribe and watch him.”
