Philippine Air Force Helicopter Crashed In Isabela Shortly After Take-Off

PHILIPPINE AIR FORCE HELICOPTER – An aircraft of the Philippine Air Force crashed in Cauayan City, Isabela.

On the other side of that ecstatic feeling when you are in the sky, there is a huge responsibility that lies on the shoulders of the pilots of an aircraft – whether it is a commercial airplane, a private plane, or a helicopter.

Undeniably, there were several incidents in the past when plane crash took place. Some of these incidents got survivors while some left all the passengers and the crew dead.

There were also cases when an aircraft suffered from a technical problem while flying but the emergency landing went out well. The area where the aircraft may make a landing really plays a huge factor.

Recently, in Cauayan City, Isabela, a Philippine Air Force helicopter crashed. Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, police said that the incident took place shortly after the aircraft made a take-off in Cauayan City.

According to the report, the said Philippine Air Force helicopter belonged to the Tactical Operation Group 2. Aboard the aircraft were five (5) people.

In a statement, the Philippine Air Force said that an investigation will be lodged to determine the cause of the crash. The recovery operation is ongoing now to check on the number of casualties due to the incident.

Reportedly, one crew member aboard the aircraft was rescued and was brought to a nearby hospital. The condition of other passengers are still checked. More updates may be posted soon.
