RYZA CENON – The Kapamilya actress took to the social media a message for the ABS-CBN Network following the denial of its franchise bid.

Undeniably, the denial of the franchise bid of ABS-CBN network is one of the issues that were widely talked about on social media. The public has a mixed reaction after 70 lawmakers voted to deny the network of a fresh 25-year franchise.

Only eleven (11) lawmakers voted on giving the Kapamilya network a new franchise last July 10. Prior to it, at least twelve (12) hearings were held to discuss the issues surrounding the network.

Some people are disappointed over the verdict as many may lose their jobs amid the COVID-19 pandemic now. On another side, many also expressed their support on not giving the network a new franchise.

Several Kapamilya stars have broken their silence on the franchise issue of ABS-CBN network. One of them is actress Ryza Cenon.

It was in April 2018 when Ryza inked a contract with the Kapamilya network. One of her recent projects is the ABS-CBN television series The General’s Daughter.

On Instagram, Ryza Cenon posted a message for ABS-CBN following the denial of its franchise bid. According to her, the light that the network has brought clarity to the characters of the people.

The Kapamilya actress stated that the network fought until the end thus they will also fight for it until the end. She stressed that although the Kapamilyas are not together in the fight now, their hearts call for one thing and that is the return of the network. Here’s her Instagram post:
