CEO Offers Affordable Car Plan to Loyal Employee Who Struggles on Commuting

A generous CEO (chief executive officer) offers affordable car plan on her loyal employee who is having hard time when it comes to commuting.

Amidst the difficulty in commuting now that public transportation is operating with limited capacity, the CEO of an online shop decided to help his employee have her own car.

The Half the Price (HTP) Clothing CEO Ricca Del Rosario said Rhea Ylanan is one of those who were with her when she started her business. Aside from a few years of working there, Rhea was also enthusiastic and dependable.

“She started working for HTP in 2016 and since then, never ‘yang na-late! Always the first one to arrive sa hub every single day,” Ricca said on her Instagram post

When the country was subjected to community quarantine due to COVID-19, Rhea continued her efforts even though she worked from home, so Ricca thought of helping her buy a car.

“Ang naisip ko, ibili siya ng kotse. Super deserving naman talaga kasi during the pandemic, kahit naka-work from home siya, kami talaga iyong laging magkausap,” said Ricca.

Based on the article of Daily Sentry, Rhea’s husband had a motorcycle but back riding is not allowed. When Rhea celebrated her birthday in June, Ricca giver her a gif, and its a car plan for her.

Rhea is said to pay P2,500 per cutoff for five years for the vehicle. Rhea was very happy with this and she was really determined to make her boss’s gift precious. in just three days she was able to drive.
