Kapamilya Actor Richard Yap Appears on “Eat Bulaga” After ABS-CBN Franchise Rejected
The Kapamilya actor Richard Yap goes viral online as he appeared on the long-running noontime show “Eat Bulaga”.
On Friday (July 10, 2020), the House Committee has decided to reject ABS-CBN’s franchise renewal. 70 House members junked the Kapamilya network’s franchise bid while only 11 of them voted in favor of the company.
A lot of the network’s employees cried and hugged each other after the committee members junked the case. The rejection of the giant media company’s franchise big elicits various comments from the online community.

Recently, the Kapamilya actor Richard Edison Uy Yap trends on Twitter after his appearance on Eat Bulaga. The celebrity appeared as guest judge in the noontime segment “Bawal Judgemental”.
The celebrity also showed a good performance as a judge on the segment. Aside from Yap, several Kapamilya stars such as Pokwang, Louise Delos Reyes, and Kim Molina have already guested on Eat Bulaga.
