Kapuso comedienne Aiai Delas reacts to fake death reports about her.
AIAI DELAS ALAS – GMA-7 actress and comedienne Aiai Delas Alas has this reaction after seeing a fake report about her killed in an ambush.
Veteran actress and comedienne, Aiai Delas Alas, is not the only celebrity who became a victim of fake death reports. In her latest post, she refuted the fake report about her death which stated that she got “killed” in an ambush.
“Ito po ay fake news .. AKO AY BUHAY .. may kasabihan pag namamatay ka daw sa balita or pag nanaginip kang patay kana long life lalo … buti nalang maganda ko sa picture kung hindi magagalit ako haha 😂,” she wrote in her post taking the fake report lightly. She is accordingly alive and her beautiful picture helped her not to get too angry.
Based on the screenshot, it has stated there that her car was rained with bullets while she was inside it which caused her “death”. Moreover, she was accordingly “dead on arrival” and the caption also stated that she will be missed.
The spreading of fake news online is a violation of Unlawful Use of Means of Publication and Unlawful Utterances under Article 154 of the Revised Penal Code as Amended in relation to Sec 4c4 (Online Libel) and Section 6 of Republic Act No. 10175, or the Anti-Cybercrime Law. If guilty, a person will face charges.
From the authorities, the public is encouraged to get information from legit sources to avoid spreading of fake news and also not to cause public alarm.
