Heart Evangelista Eyes Korean Drama Project, Fingers Crossed for “Crash Landing On You” Adaptation
HEART EVANGELISTA – Filipina fashion icon Heart Evangelista could be our own Yoon Se-ri if the Kapuso network pushes through with a Philippine adaptation of the hit K-drama series “Crash Landing On You.”
The wife of Sorsogon governor, Heart Evangelista, is one of the most beautiful actresses in the Philippines. She has starred several hit series and films. She also attends some of the shows by famous designers.
In a previous article, the 35-year-old fashion icon launched a charitable project called ‘Big Heart PH’ for students who have online classes. She previously shared that she has sold one of her paintings to buy 550 mobile tablets.
During a virtual press conference for GMA’s Affordabox, Heart Evangelista teased that if she’d choose any Korean drama adaptation as her new project in her tv network. Based on a report from GMA News, the Queen of Collaborations said it would be Netflix’s “Crash Landing On You.” The popular drama has gained millions of fans in the Philippines.
“I’m not worthy but I love Crash Landing on You. I’m not worthy kasi hanggang ngayon hindi pa rin ako nakaka-move on.
“Pero yeah, I still have a lot of dream projects in mind but I don’t know if I’ll be acting anytime soon. But I love anything Korean, or any remake, or any original concept na Korean-themed,” she added.
According to the report, Heart Evangelista said she’s looking forward to star in short films produced by the Kapuso network. She said, “I also hope that maybe one day they can produce short films, too. Especially with the COVID situation, that would be a really, really nice concept.”
“Pero, ‘yun lang. As of now, it’s really a broad question. For me, I’m easy and any acting projects would be fine ’cause I kinda missed it,” she added.
