Photos of Young Boy Using Pisonet to Enroll for Online Class Break Hearts of Netizens
The inspiring photos of a young boy using a Pisonet computer to enroll for online class goes viral and touch netizens’ hearts.
A lot of Filipino students are now facing distance or online learning as proposed by the lawmakers. The program aims to contain the spread of the coronavirus disease through face to face learning system.
A Facebook user named Peter Salire de Guzman has shared the photos of a young kid enrolling for the online class using a Pisonet. The photos garnered various reactions from the online community.
Guzman saw the kid around 8:30 in the evening using a Pisonet unit in front of their house. Initially, he thought that the kid is just playing computer games but he was moved after learning that the boy is filling up a form for online class.
Peter noticed that the kid’s time is running out so he decided to give another P5.00 and help the kid to fill up the form before the barangay tanod roam around for curfew. He also stressed out that a lot of Filipino kids are experiencing the same struggle.

The netizen is also processing his internet connection at home to let poor students freely connect to their Free WiFi Hotspot. He also asked some kind-hearted netizens to give their old gadgets for the kid.

“Saw this kid just now 8:30 in the evening
Sa Pisonet Shop in front of our house.
Akala ko naglalaro lang ng computer games
Yun pala, nag eenroll siya online ng mag isa
At nahihirapan siya mag fill up ng form,
English with tagalog translation naman
Malapit na maubos yung time kaya binigyan ko ng 5 pesos 😅 at tinulungan ko na mag fill up.
Kasi anytime dadaan na yung mga Bgy. Tanod for Curfew.
Then according sa pag fill up niya,
* No Budget for Internet and Data Allowance
* No Mobile Phone, PC or Tablet
* Parents are at home with no Work due to Quarantine.
* Grade 7
Nalulungkot ako para sa batang ito.
Ilan silang ganito ang sitwasyon ngayon,
Wala ng sisihan, mag tulungan na lang.
