Billy Crawford Breaks Down in Tears While Talking About His Dad
BILLY CRAWFORD – Singer-host Billy Crawford broke down in tears while talking about his dad Jack Crawford.
Filipino-American host Billy Crawford and his wife Coleen Garcia recently announced that they are expecting a baby boy. The virtual gender reveal announcement was attended by Mica Javier, Jay-R, Ria Atayde, and KC Montero among others.
On Wednesday, the multi-talented artist was interviewed in “Magandang Buhay.” Host Karla Estrada asked him what lessons he learned from his dad that he hopes to impart to his child.
Billy Crawford broke down in tears while talking about his dad Jack Crawford. He said his dad wishes to meet his grandson.
“Growing up kasi close family talaga kami. To see my dad, ang pangarap niya kapag kausap ko sila ang sinasabi niya, ‘Son, I’m just holding on para makilala ko lang ‘yung anak niyo.’ Matanda na ang daddy ko and maraming complications. Pero marami akong matutunan at marami akong maituturo sa aming anak (ni Coleen) dahil sa ama ko. And I owe a lot to my dad…”
“I owe it all to my parents. Ako ang goal ko is to be the better version of my father for myself. And I want to be the better version of myself para sa aking newborn,” he added.

Host Melai Cantiveros asked Billy Crawford to give a Father’s Day message to his dad. The soon-to-be dad turned emotional while expressing his gratitude and love for his dad Jack.
“Thank you so much. I love you and I miss you so much. I wish that when my son is born that you’d be able to hold him as well. I’m always here. I love you so much. And for whatever I’ve done in the past that has upset you or to turn you away, I apologize. I love you so much and I hope to see you soon,” Billy said.
