Kapamilya actress Coleen Garcia shares how she plans to give birth to her first baby with Billy Crawford amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Coleen is one of the celebrity first-time moms this 2020 and definitely she and Billy are so excited to meet their bunch of joy. However, aside from the couple’s preparation because it will be their first baby, they are also preparing and planning on what to do since the Philippines is facing a pandemic.

During the recent episode of Facebook Live program “Tim Yap Live”, the couple shared their plans about this. “Coleen really wants to deliver the baby like naturally and normal,” Billy shared.

Then, the actress said that her goal is “unmedicated.” She also shared that as a preparation, she is watching birthing classes online. As she was watching the first session, Coleen Garcia said that she cried because it looked so hard for her.

The actress also said that initially, she wanted to have a water birth in a hospital setting, however, this would be difficult now because of the pandemic.

“(But) because of (COVID-19) they are not doing water births in the hospitals anymore and then like right now actually the dads are not even able to accompany the moms. Sana by then things will loosen up a bit. September pa naman pero right now that’s what happening eh,” she said.

The couple had their gender reveal party on June 10 and they are expecting a boy. When it comes to the name of their first son, Coleen Garcia said, “the first name is pretty unique but the second name, Billy wanted the name of his dad or even his name Joe. We have options.”

Billy Crawford added that they already have the first name and they want a “second name to tie everything.”
