Angel Locsin Sheds Tears During “Iba Yan!” Press Con
ANGEL LOCSIN – Actress and philanthropist Angel Locsin broke down in tears during the virtual media conference for “Iba Yan!“
Kapamilya actress Angel Locsin is known for helping people during disasters and crisis in the country. Millions of Filipinos love her because of her selflessness.
Last June 6, the prominent actress announced that she will host a new docu-reality show called “Iba Yan!” The first episode of the show aired on the Kapamilya Channel last Sunday, June 14.
Angel Locsin’s new talk show features the inspiring stories of the Filipinos. It is directed by her fiancé Neil Arce.
Recently, the 35-year-old celebrity held a virtual press conference for her docu-reality show. During the press con, she cried upon discussing the ABS-CBN network’s franchise issue. It can be recalled that the largest tv network in the country went off the air last May 15 after the NTC issued a cease and desist order.
DZMM Teleradyo anchor Ahwel Paz asked Angel Locsin what she would like to wish for if given a chance after she provided help to a lot of people amid the pandemic. She said she hoped that the government would allow the ABS-CBN network to renew its franchise. It can be seen in the video that she becoming emotional over the issue.
“Sir, ang laki po ng hihilingin ko sa inyo, na sana po mapagbigyan niyo po kami. Siguro, aware naman po kayo sa sitwasyon namin ngayon, ng aming network. So, kailangan po talaga namin ng… Kailangan namin ng push. Naiiyak tuloy ako, teka lang.”
“Di ko ‘to ineexpect ha, teka lang, sandali. Mag-ooff lang ako ng video saglit,” she said.
