Online Reseller Expresses Dismay After Customer Cancelled Order Worth P12,000

An online reseller is now crying for help after his customer cancelled its order of two bikes worth P12,000.

The online reseller Prince Salvador bought two mountain bikes ordered by his customer. He traveled from Valenzuela heading to San Mateo, Rizal to deliver the bikes amounting P12,000 to his client.

Unfortunately, the heartless customer refused to accept the bikes and canceled the order when the reseller arrived at the delivery area. The buyer declined to accept the bikes for having minor scratches.

“Ang gusto niya po kasi, pagdating dito, halos walang galos. Dalawa po ‘yung order niya na mountan bike. Ipinaliwanag ko naman po na hindi maiiwasan ‘yon kasi Antipolo pa po ‘yung deliver eh sa Valenzuela pa po galing,” Salvador said.

The customer left the delivery personnel empty-handed since the bikes are cash on delivery. Salvador also expressed his disappointment because he is already running out of capital because he lose a huge amount of cash.

“Sana kunin pa rin niya ‘yung bike dahil confirmed ‘yung order. Ako po kasi ang nag-aabono ng lahat ng delivery. Cash on hand po ang delivery,” Prince added.

A lot of Filipino people are now using bicycles to reach their point of destination due to the lack of public transportation vehicles caused by prolonged lockdown measures.

Earlier this week, a bill seeking to punish customers canceling orders has been filed at the House of Representatives. Violators would pay a fine of P100,000 and would face at least six years of imprisonment.
