Netizens React To Make It With You Star Liza Soberano’s Statement on TV Series’ Cancellation
MAKE IT WITH YOU LIZA SOBERANO – The netizens reacted to the statement of the actress on the cancellation of the TV series’ airing.
The COVID-19 pandemic spared no one. Even the people with the busiest schedules must stay at home as part of the fight against the spread of the disease.
Among the people with busy schedules are the showbiz celebrities. Amid the health crisis, tapings were cancelled and as well as the airing of television series. Actors and actresses stayed at home as well.
However, not all TV series will be back on screen soon. One of those cancelled is the ABS-CBN’s Make It With You mainly starred by Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil.
Make It With You first aired on TV last January 13, 2020. Liza plays the character of Belinda “Billy” Dimagiba while Enrique plays the character of Gabriel “Gabo” Villarica.
Tapings abroad were held for the TV series. Many people were already hooked in just a few weeks of airing. However, the audience will no longer see the ending of Gabo and Billie’s love story.
Make It With You starred by Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil is cancelled. In a statement posted on social media, the Kapamilya actress revealed that it is over health concerns for the cast and the staff working for the TV series.
Liza revealed that they were asked to resume the taping last June 13 but many of them are hesitant to do so as they worry about their safety. That is one of the reasons aside from other factors why MIWY will not anymore push through with the airing.
