George Floyd Death: Here Are The Charges Suspects Will Face

Pointed suspects over George Floyd death will have to face these charges.

GEORGE FLOYD DEATH – The four (4) Minneapolis police officers who were pointed as suspects of George Floyd’s death will face these charges.

Pressed and hardly pinned down on the ground. – This is the image that’s left to people’s minds as four Minneapolis police officers arrested black man George Floyd. Handcuffed and in aching all over while suffering difficulty in breathing, George ultimately died which sparked protests from various parts of United States.

Thousands of peopled including famous celebrities cry for justice for Floyd who was mistreated. In the autopsy report previously released, the cause of his death from the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s stated “cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint and neck compression”.

The former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin, the one who did the “inherently dangerous” technique which cost George’s life was accused of third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter and now, another charge will be up to him which is a more serious second-degree murder. Reportedly, he will have to spend 40 years in prison because of this.

The other three officers who were also at the incident, were also facing charges such as two counts aiding and abetting second-degree murder and two counts of aiding and abetting second-degree manslaughter. They were identified as Thomas Lane, J. Alexander Kueng, and Tou Thao.

 Two of the three officers, as per report from Reuters, have helped Chauvin pin down Floyd. They got Floyd pressed down for nearly eight (8) minutes which affected his system and breathing leading to his untimely death.
