Update on Total COVID-19 Cases in the World Now

TOTAL COVID-19 CASES – The total confirmed cases of coronavirus in the world is over four (4) million now.

More than 200 countries across the globe are fighting against the coronavirus pandemic now. In fact, several nations have closed their borders in the pursuit to curb the spread of the disease.

This coronavirus was first recorded in China last December 2019. It had an outbreak in Wuhan City, the epicenter of the disease in the Chinese country. More than 82,000 people were infected by the disease in China and over 4,000 died.

The coronavirus, officially called as COVID-19, has spread across the globe now. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), it is going to be a long-term fight against this pandemic.

Based on the global tally of Worldometer, there are now over four (4) million total COVID-19 cases around the world. The exact count is at 4,010,273 cases now.

Out the total COVID-19 cases which is over four (4) million now, 275,936 have died of the disease. On the positive side, 1,378,000 coronavirus patients have recovered from it.

United States remains to be the country with the most cases of COVID-19. It has recorded over 1.3 million cases and over 78,000 deaths due to coronavirus. It has the highest death toll.

Spain comes next to U.S. in terms of coronavirus cases. Based on the tally, it has recorded over 260,000 cases of the disease with over 26,000 deaths as of this writing.
