The Sangguniang Panlungsod of Bacolod appealed to the National IATF. President Rodrigo Roa Duterte approved the resolution filed by the SP extending the ECQ until May 15.
Currently, Bacolod City which is still under an ECQ is tightly guarding its borders. The testing continues and it is still not sure if the ECQ will be lifted or modified after May 15.
