PAGASA – Frontal System, Easterlies To Affect The Country This April 23, 2020
PAGASA – Here are the latest updates from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) this April 23, 2020.

The latest weather update from the bureau states that a frontal system will affect northern Luzon while the warm winds of the east or easterlies will affect the rest of the country on this day.
According to GMA News, the frontal system will bring cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Cagayan Valley and Aurora province.
Meanwhile, the easterlies will bring scattered rain showers and thunderstorm over Caraga and Davao region.
The bureau warned of flash floods or landslides that might occur, especially during moderate to heavy rains.
The easterlies, along with localized thunderstorms, will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
Based on the report, for the forecast wind speed, the northern and eastern sections of northern Luzon will have moderate to strong winds that are moving northeastward withmoderate to rough coastal waters.
The rest of Luzon will have moderate winds that are also moving northeastward with moderate coastal waters.
Lastly, the rest of the country will have light to moderate winds that are moving in the east to northeast direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.
