PAGASA – Here are the latest updates from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) this April 22, 2020.

The early morning forecast from the state weather bureau says that the ridge of a high pressure area (HPA) will affect northern Luzon, while the easterlies or warm winds from the east will affect the rest of the Philippines on this day.

According to GMA News, the easterlies, as well as localized thunderstorms will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

For the forecast wind speed, the eastern section of northern Luzon will have light to moderate winds that are moving in the east to southeast direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.

The rest of the country will have light to moderate winds that are moving in the east to northeast direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.

Based on the report, yesterday at 3:10 PM, the state weather bureau recorded a high temperature at 35.8 degrees. The lowest record, on the other hand, was recorded at 26.1 degrees Celsius on 6L20 AM.
