Filipina politician and lawyer Leni Robredo is the current vice president of the Philippines. The Bicolana is the second woman to serve as vice president.

She has been very active in helping the frontliners in the 2019 novel coronavirus fight. In a report, her office collaborated with fashion designer Mich Dulce in producing more personal protective equipment (PPE) for the frontliners.

Last month, Leni Robredo announced that they have collected P17.3 million for the PPEs of our frontliners. The protective gears were distributed in 8 hospitals in Quezon City and Manila.

On Thursday, April 23, Leni Robredo turned 55. Her three daughters decided to have a simple celebration at home amid the coronavirus pandemic. Based on a report from Manila Bulletin, Leni’s daughters – Aika, Tricia, and Jillian – baked a carrot for her birthday.

According to the report, Leni Robredo’s eldest daughter Aika shared the photo of the celebration on her Instagram account. She also penned a sweet message for her mom.

“Happy Birthday to my Mama, whose quiet (and often underrated) carries us through so many life’s surprises,” Aika wrote.

Based on the report, Jillian Robredo shared a video of her mom blowing her birthday cake. It came with a caption, “Carrot cake with M&M’s! by Tres Marias. My mama’s 55! Happy happy birthday to my trusted source of KDrama and skincare and the only person who can tolerate my BTS obsession in this family…love you mamabearz.”
