Woman Collapses Following A Long Queue At A Supermarket

WOMAN COLLAPSES – A woman collapsed following a long queue outside a supermarket in Talisay City.

Health officials urged all people to practice social distancing amid the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Everyone is advised to maintain at least 6-feet distance from other people.

The local government units and barangays issued quarantine passes so that they could limit the movements of the residents. Almost all cities and municipalities have been placed under “enhanced community quarantine” following the increase of COVID-19 cases.

The home quarantine passes are non-transferrable. It only allows 1 member of the family to go in and out of the barangay. Elderly people are not qualified for this. HQPs use is limited for buying medicines, groceries, and food in public markets.

In a previous article, netizens lambasted the disrespectful lady shoved her HQP on guard’s face during apprehension.

On Friday, April 17, a woman fainted at a supermarket in Talisay City. Based on a report from The Visayan Daily Star, the woman knocked unconscious following a long queue outside the grocery store.

“A woman fainted following a long queue outside a supermarket in Talisay City today. Residents flock to the city proper after the city government regulated the use of the home quarantine pass. Each household member is only allowed to go out of their houses twice a week, except on Sundays.”
