Good-Hearted Group Feeds Street Animals

The inspiring photos of a good-hearted group roaming around the streets to feed street animals including dogs and cats go viral online.

The Philippine government is strictly implementing the enhanced community quarantine in the country, which restricts the movements of the residents. However, the lockdown protocols severely affect the livelihoods of our countrymen.

However, streets animals were also affected by the quarantine orders since there are only few people outside who could feed them and give their needs.

A Facebook user named Jhec Victoria has shared the photos of a kind-hearted group roaming around the streets carrying foods and water for street animals. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.

In the photos, it can be seen that some generous people are walking under the extreme heat of the sun carrying foods and water for stray dogs and cats. They also attached a notice telling people not to touch the foods for street animals.

Abot-abot na sita, saway, banta ang inabot namin ngayon araw pero di nito mapipigil ang aming gustuhing makatulong lalo na at pinepersonal kami wag kayo mainggit kung bakit kami nakakalabas kasi di naman kami nagpapasarap sa gitna ng mainit na kalsada na parang nagba’baga na ang aming mga paa may mga buhay ang dahilan kung bakit kami gumaganito na sana ay maunawaan nyo.
