Man Goes Viral after he Removes Anti-Duterte Tarpaulins at UP Overpass
Concerned netizen earned various reactions from the online community after he removes ‘anti-Duterte’ tarpaulins at UP Town Center overpass.
Recently, a concerned netizen named Gab Sam shared a video footage of himself removing the banners and tarpaulins criticizing and ousting the President Rodrigo Duterte written on it.
According to his post, he was driving along Katipunan Avenue when he saw a tarpauling saying “Oust Duterte” hanging at the railing of the overpass. So he decided to stop over and removes the tarpaulin.
He immediately dumped the said tarpaulin, as he believes that the oust of the chief executive of the Philippines is ‘non-sense’ and would not solve the problem of the country. He added that he hardly thinks why people do such efforts and violating the government’s rules just to criticize the president.
“Di ko lang maintindihan kung san nanggagaling yung nagsulat at naglagay nun at nageffort pa na lumabas at suwayin ang utos ng gobyerno para lang gawin yun,” he wrote in his post.
He also said on his post that critics and bashers of Mr. President should stop their campaign for now as the country is facing public health crisis and the administration is doing everything to do their best to contain the virus.
