Netizen Exposed a 4Ps Beneficiary Who Pawned his Card to Gamble Goes Viral
A concerned netizen exposed a 4Ps beneficiary who pawned her card just to gamble and play ‘Tong-its”, earned various reactions online.
President Rodrigo Duterte placed the entire Luzon under enhanced community quarantine same as other cities and provinces in Luzon and Mindanao to contain the spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
The government is already exerting extra effort to extend help to the less-fortunate Filipino people whose livelihoods were affected by the quarantine orders. The Philippine government are already giving the social amelioration cash assistance to those families who are greatly affected by the public health crisis.
Recently, a concerned netizen named Joyce Menace shares a video exposing an alleged Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiary playing tong-its amid stricter enhanced community quarantine and social distancing implemented.
In the video, concerned netizen had great rumpus for some serious reasons. The netizen exposed that she’s a beneficiary of 4Ps and allegedly pawned her card, where their monthly allowance from agency deposited, just to gamble.
The video has gone viral on social media as many netizens express resentment and condemn the beneficiary for her infamous deed. The card shouldn’t be pawned or sold because it is against to the terms and services agreement.
