New MacBook Pro Leaks Reveal Hardware Updates But Lacks Software Updates

NEW MACBOOK PRO LEAKS – The latest MacBook Pro has sported new updates to its hardware that fans would love.

However, when it came to its software and features, the technology seemed outdated. Both MacBook Pro and MacBook air have updated security features for the macO, but the feature isn’t new at all.

Three years ago, Apple debuted Face ID into their iPhone platforms. But, it was only now that the company has decided to integrate its feature to their laptops.

Aside from this, an article on Forbes suggested that this indicated Apple’s bias towards the iPad Pro. Despite having their own laptop line, it felt like Apple was pushing for the iPad Pro te become “the next laptop”.

During the March launch of the latest Ipad Pro, we saw the introduction of the Magic Keyboard for the tablet. Aside from switching back to scissor-switch keys for the keyboard, it also integrated a trackpad and better pointer support withing the iPadOS.

As per the article, the way Apple has run things so far indicated the company’s push for the iPad to become the next consumer-equivalent laptop. As such, the iPad Pro and Magic Keyboard pairing are now on par with Microsoft’s own Surface Pro.

In March, the iPad pro received all of the love from Apple – updated software, a new form factor, and an array of online advertisements. Meanwhile, the MacBook air also picked up the new keyboard and some hardware upgrades.

However, these were simply the minimum viable upgrades with its “new” special feature, the Face ID, being a three-year-old technology present in previous devices.
