Iza Calzado Latest COVID-19 Test Result – The COVID-19 test result of the Kapamilya actress was revealed on March 30.
Iza garnered sympathy when she shared on her Instagram account that she was suffering from pneumonia. It was, later on, found out that she tested positive for novel coronavirus disease 2019 as what her manager Noel Ferrer related to the public.
However, the talent manager who is also an entertainment columnist lambasted those who circulated the video of the actress while she was at the hospital prior to the COVID-19 confirmation. Iza received overwhelming support from fans and fellow celebrities amid her health crisis.
On the afternoon of Monday, her manager revealed her latest COVID-19 test result. Based on the article from PEP, she already tested negative for coronavirus.
Through the Instagram post of Noel Ferrer, he shared that Iza Calzado can “go home tomorrow after completing her IV antibiotics.”
“We would like to thank each and everyone of you for your prayers, love and support especially the doctors, nurses and all the health workers who continuously risk their lives to serve us all at this time,” the talent manager added. He also asked for prayers for the full recovery of the actress.
Based on the article, Iza can now be included among the 42 COVID-19 who have recovered, as of March 30.
She is the second celebrity who tested positive for COVID-19 following veteran actor Christopher de Leon who has also recovered. However, based on a previous article, speculations surfaced that they are not just the celebrities who got infected by the virus. Allegedly, some celebrities are just afraid to reveal their real health status.
