Iza Calzado Video – Noel Ferrer, the manager of actress Iza Calzado has this clarification about her video that surfaced online after she tested positive for COVID-19.
The actress shared on her Instagram account a few days ago that she was suffering from pneumonia and asked for prayers while she was waiting for the result of her COVID-19 test. Later on, it was confirmed that she is infected.
Following this, her video taken while a nurse was drying her hair with a towel surfaced online. Based on the article from PEP, the caption of the video was, “Look: Iza Calzado’s situation prior to the confirmation of her COVID-19 test results.”
In the video, the actress said, “I slept well last night for the first time, decent not the best, but I cannot complain. That’s the best right now. Now I feel like a human being.Thank you Lord, thank you nurse Roxy .What little things and joyful things in life can make you complete. You don’t really need a lot of material things to be able to do these things.”
However, the manger of Iza clarified that the video was not intended for public consumption. According to Noel Ferrer, it was an old video but some people tagged that as her present condition.
The talent manager also said that the actress is already is coping very well with her condition. He added that Iza is thankful to those who helped and are helping her amid her health status.
“There’s a lesson to be learned here—GOOD SENSE. Sound judgment dictates that one should be able to discern what is personal from what is for public consumption,” Ferrer said regarding the “unauthorized” posting of the video.
He also stressed out to netizen/s to take down the video online, based on the article. “Let us always be PRUDENT and try to base all our decisions and actions on what will sow hope and care which we all so need at this time,” Ferrer said.
