Here’s a coronavirus disease update in Bacolod City and entire of Western Visayas.
CORONAVIRUS DISEASE – Bacolod City recorded 1 new case of COVID-19 bringing a total of 5 in the city and total of 16 in entire Western Visayas.
The rising of confirmed cases of coronavirus disease in the country caused fear to a lot of people. And as of latest bulletin from the Department of Health (DOH), in Philippines, there have been 1,075 cases already after 272 new cases within 24 hours were recorded. This disease caused 68 fatalities and 35 recoveries.
And now, an update in Western Visayas, the total number of cases in the region jumped to 16. Particularly, there are three newly-confirmed as of March 28, 2020, and they are the following:
- 1 – Bacolod City
- 1 – Negros Occidental
- 1 – Iloilo Province
As of now, Bacolod has 5 new cases, 3 in Aklan, 1 in Capiz, 4 in Iloilo Province, 2 in Iloilo City, 1 in Negros Occidental, and 0 recorded in Antique and Guimaras.
