PAGASA – Here are the latest updates from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration this March 20, 2020.
The early morning forecast from the bureau states that the easterlies or warm winds from the Pacific Ocean will affect the eastern part of the country.
According to GMA, the easterlies will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over the capital Metro Manila, as well as the rest of the country.
As per the report, for the forecast wind speed, the entire archipelagic country will have light to moderate winds moving in the east to northeast direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.
