PAGASA – Latest Weather Update This March 19, 2020

PAGASA – Here are the latest updates from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration this March 19, 2020.

The early morning forecast from the bureau states that the easterlies or warm winds from the Pacific Ocean will affect the eastern part of the Philippines on this day.

According to an article from GMA News, the easterlies will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over the capital Metro Manila, as well as the rest of the country.

The state weather bureau warned of flash floods or landslides that might occur especially during severe thunderstorms.

As per the report, for the forecast wind speed, the entire archipelagic country will have light to moderate winds that is moving eastward. Meanwhile, coastal waters will range from slight to moderate.
