Is Marvin Agustin experiencing COVID-19 symptoms?

Actor Marvin Agustin started feeling paranoid after he experienced symptoms related to COVID-19.

A previous report stated that veteran actor Christopher de Leon is the first celebrity in the Philippines tested positive of novel coronavirus disease 2019. He received sympathy and support from the online community after he revealed this on his Instagram post on the night of March 17.

On March 18, Marvin shared on his Twitter account that he started feeling paranoid because he suffered from fever for three days. He even shared his recorded temperatures. “I am not sure if I got coronavirus, I’ve just recovered from high fever. Day 1: 38.2 / Day 2: 39.2 / Day 3: 38 / Day 4: 36.4,” he shared.

The actor added that he can’t remember having contact with a person under investigation or PUI. In spite of this, he took the necessary precaution by not having contact with his mom who is undergoing chemotherapy since he got a fever.

“Ganyan kami kaparanoid dito sa bahay. Mahirap pero lumalaban. Pero alam ko na may mas mahirap pang pinagdadaanan ang ibang tao. I cant get tested kasi wala na ako symptoms at hindi na daw ako priority to get tested dahil limited pa din ang testing kits,” Marvin Agustin shared. However, he had to be patient because of this situation.

A netizen named Dr. Jan Dipasupil asked the actor of other symptoms he felt. Marvin answered, “Dry throat, mild coughing. Severe headache.”

Another netizen shared with the actor the hotlines that he could contact regarding COVID-19. Marvin said thank you.
