Everyone in the helicopter was rescued and brought to the hospital. They are all alive. However, the said Laguna helicopter crash has Police Major Jovic Ramos in a critical condition. He is now in coma.

Ramos suffered from facial fractures. He is currently in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Southwoods Unihealth Hospital in Biñan, Laguna.

Based on the report, Dr. Elvis Bedia said that Ramos is still “in a serious and critical condition”. The doctor also pointed out that the PNP official got a brain injury due to the incident.

With regards to his improvement, Dr. Bedia expressed that it is not stable. There are episodes when his condition improves and there are those that are on negative signs.

“Okay naman ‘yung blood pressure, pero overall — ‘yung brain activity, ‘yung lung activity, ‘yung other activity of the other organs — is always considered as a whole… The status of the patient remains in critical condition,” the doctor expressed.
