In the video, it can be seen that the traffic enforcer and the driver were having an argument. The traffic cop apprehends the motorist for taking a nap. The sleepy driver explained that he takes a nap to avoid accident.
Unfortunately, the road personnel insists that it is considered a traffic violation.
