Ethel Booba Burns Mocha Uson’s Controversial Statement w/ this Reply

Ethel Booba burns Mocha Uson’s statement through this comment.

ETHEL BOOBA – Famous personality Ethel Booba has this burning response to Mocha Uson’s controversial statement against ABS-CBN franchise hearing.

Yesterday, the first hearing regarding the ABS-CBN franchise renewal happened where the alleged violations have been addressed especially the main reason why President Duterte threatened to block the renewal of the issue. And it was about the network not airing his political ads way back in 2016 presidential election.

ABS-CBN Corporation President and Chief Executive Officer Carlo Katigbak apologized to the president and explained the reasons behind. Accordingly, they are just abiding the “the laws and regulations that surround the airing of political ads” and admitted that the network was not able to air Php 7-million worth of his political ads.

And now, with all these that happened in February 24, Monday, Mocha Uson has this fearless reaction that she even posted on Twitter where she wrote, “Ganito inaaksaya ng Senado ang pera ng bayan para lang mapagtanggol ang mga oligarch. Alam naman natin na walang saysay ang hearing dahil dapat mauna ang House. Sipsip to the max na ang mga kakampi ng oligarch.”

And Ethel Booba who is just as fearless as her when it comes to airing her feelings and opinion, lambasted the statement and burnt it with this reply, “Cyst mas malaki ang naaksyang pera ng bayan sa pasweldo sayo sa pagtatanggol mo sa mga politiko. Alam naman natin na di yun ang job description mo. Sipsip to the max. Charot!”

Meanwhile, in a previous article, Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra claimed that the franchise will expire in May and not in March for Section 15 of RA 7966 states: “This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days from the date of its publication in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.”

The law was enacted on March 30, 1995 but the franchise was published on April 19, 1995, thus, it will expire on May 4, 2020.
