Police personnel should also immediately respond in case of emergencies to prevent further damage and troubles.
Recently, a Facebook user named John Rhey Caballes is now asking netizens for help to locate the cop who continues to make his vlog amid the fire. The police allegedly interfere with the fire operation.
The cop did not even stop the crowd from taking away the hose from the firefighters. The residents tried to put out the fire but failed to do so.
