America’s Got Talent’s 3rd Runner Up Is Marcelito Pomoy
MARCELITO POMOY – The Filipino singer finished his America’s Got Talent: The Champions journey as the 3rd runner up.
There are a lot of Filipinos who are truly the pride of the Philippines in the international arena. They have stood on international stage and showcased what they’ve got which really left the world in awe.
One of these Pinoys is singer Marcelito Pomoy. He joined “America’s Got Talent: The Champions” and his amazing performances have left a lot of people jaw-dropped for his beautiful and unique singing talent.
Marcelito is the champion of the Pilipinas Got Talent in 2011. The said show is a reality talent competition under the ABS-CBN Network.
In 2018, Marcelito made his first international appearance. He appeared on Ellen DeGeneres show which earned him the “golden female voice” recognition.
Recently, the America’s Got Talent: The Champions journey of Marcelito Pomoy has come to an end. Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, he finished as the 3rd runner up of the international contest.
Marcelito sang “Beauty and the Beast” for his final performance last week. His performance left the judges, Howie Mandel, Klum, and Alesha Dixon, in standing ovation according to the report.
Also, although Marcelito’s rendition of Celine Dion and Peabo Bryson’s song is “predictable” for Simon Cowell, the judge has praises for the Pinoy singer. He was with 9 other contestants in the grand finals.
