Another CCTV footage exposed the new modus operandi used by suspects and thieves to victimize shops and other business establishments.
Over the past few years, the Duterte administration is already implementing stricter rules and regulations throughout the Philippines to reduce the rate of criminality and illegal activities in the country.
Unfortunately, the rate of criminality in the country continues to increase despite the stricter implementation of the law due to poverty. Suspects are already making strategies and modus operandi to scam their victims.
The Philippine government and the authorities have already advised the public to be more aware and vigilant of their surroundings to avoid falling into those schemes.
Recently, a Facebook user named Noriel dela Rosa has shared the CCTV footage of lady suspect using a new modus operandi to scam a shop owner. The woman used a new strategy to earn money in an instant.
In the video, it can be seen that the woman pretends that she will buy a certain product and handed a one thousand peso bill to the owner. The man gave her change but the lady secretly hides the P500 bill.
The suspect changed her mind and decided not to buy the product after stealing the P500 bill and her P1000 from the owner.
