BREAKING: Number Of Filipinos Positive For Coronavirus In Japan Cruise Ship Reach 27
BREAKING NEWS – According to the Department of Foreign Affairs, The Philippine Embassy in Tokyo confirmed that the number of Filipinos aboard the Diamond Princess with confirmed cases of COVID-19 reached 27.

According to an article from the Manila Bulletin, the DFA stated that:
The Embassy is in close coordination with the relevant Philippine and Japanese government agencies, and representatives of the World Health Organization and Princess Cruises to ensure that the needs of the Filipino crew and passengers are met and to facilitate their return to the Philippines
Meanwhile, in Taiwan, the 5th death outside of mainland China had been confirmed by health authorities. The victim was a 50-year-old man with no recent travel history abroad.
According to Taiwan’s Health Minister, the man was an unlicensed taxi driver whose main clients were people from China, Hong Kong, and Macao.
As per the report, the Japanese Health Ministry announced that the entire crew and passengers aboard the Diamond Princess would be tested today. Following this, the results would be available by the time the Quarantine ends.
